Boat, Trailer, and Vehicle Storage in Marlin, TX
Because it doesn't need a garage of its own, and it doesn't need to sit in the yard year-round.

If you've got a boat, a utility trailer, or an extra vehicle that only gets used part of the year, you know the problem. It doesn't fit in the garage, it's an eyesore in the driveway, and every day it sits outside is another day of Texas sun and weather working on it.
That's something we can help with — within limits, and we'd rather be upfront about those limits than have you show up expecting something we don't offer.
What Fits in a 10×20 Drive-Up Unit
At most of our locations, we have 10×20 drive-up units — the largest size we offer — big enough for a boat on its trailer, a utility or equipment trailer, an ATV/UTV on a trailer, or an extra vehicle you're not driving daily. If it fits through a drive-up door and inside a 200-square-foot space, there's a good chance we can store it.
One Thing We Don't Offer - RV Storage
To be straight with you: we don't have RV storage or open-air parking. If that's what you're looking for, we'd rather tell you now than have you make the drive out for something that isn't here.
Available at Five of Our Seven Locations
10×20 units are available at our Capps Street, 216 Winter Street, Coleman Street, Rimes Street, and Highway 7 locations. Call or text us and we'll point you to whichever is closest and has one open, and talk through whether your boat, trailer, or vehicle will fit before you make the trip.
A Few Tips for Storing a Boat, Trailer, or Vehicle the Right Way
- Disconnect the battery, or use a trickle charger, if it'll sit for more than a few weeks. A dead battery is the most common surprise when people come back to get something they've stored.
- Use a cover, even inside the unit. Texas heat and dust are hard on paint, upholstery, and rubber seals.
- Add a fuel stabilizer if it'll sit longer than a month — especially for boats and equipment with small engines.
- Check tire pressure before storing and again before you tow or drive it away. Long idle periods are hard on tires.
No Gate Codes, Ever
True 24/7 access — pull up, hook up, and go, whether that's early before a lake trip or late after work. All rentals are month-to-month, so there's no long-term commitment for something you only need part of the year.
Veterans, active military, first responders, teachers, and nurses get a permanent 10% discount — just mention it when you call or reserve.
If you've been meaning to get your boat, trailer, or extra vehicle out of the yard, first month is still just $1 through the end of summer.
